Thank you to everyone for your recommendations.
I haven't been around in awhile, it funny how life gets in the way of what you really want to do.
I have a 92" 1500 that has it normal course of repairs that I would figure out until now, which if where I need your help.
I rode the bike home a few nights ago without a problem, I put it in reverse and backed in into the driveway. I noticed at the time that the lever felt kind of strange and not as smooth as I remembered. I passed it off and not being able to ride for the last year.
I tried starting it a few hours later and nothing happened. The headlight or the dash lights not come.
The reverse lever operates smoothly.
What is the next steps to troubleshoot the problem.
Thanks again for everyone's help

With no lights at all, the first thing is to check the battery terminals and the main fuse.
