Cooling fan relay location

Post by DennisBell13153 »

Cooling fans stay on all the time.I took wire off sensor on bottom of left radiator but still stays on.Want to check relay if ya'll can help me find it without chasing the ground wire from radiator.Someone may have by passed sensor but I would like to check relay.I've read they can go out any time.Thanks.Dennis.

The temp switch directly grounds the fans. So either something is bypassed, or you are disconnecting the wrong wire.
The fan temp switch is a Black wire, and the coolant temp sensor is Blue/Green.
