Whew. Sorry about that. Excited utterance.

Please use the search tool. Several stories of people with happy purchases. But many, many stories of dissatisfied customers. Wrong parts, used parts, insulting customer service, about anything you can imagine. There have been reports of new employees, new owners, all better now, etc. but it will be hard to overcome the past practices. Just suggesting you be careful when dealing with this company.

Again. Sorry for the previous over the top response.

If you are hesitant about Saber, I have had nothing but stellar service from Revzilla. They can get anything that is still available.

Without question the #1 WORST vendor of ANY kind of product (not just motorcycle parts) I have ever experienced. They have at least ten times the number of horrible reviews and horror stories on our vendor database than any other company. They are scammers and their products are cheap junk that fail quickly. You can read more about the horror stories people have experienced here:

I’ve used them a couple of times with very good results. Quick service and responses to my questions. They generally don’t sell OEM parts but their aftermarket stuff is ok.

My son is going to enjoy it for many years to come.

there will always be one or two who had good results,

but the fact is, IF, you receive the wrong part, YOU ARE THE IDIOT WHO ORDERED THE WRONG PART.

there are threads on every motorcycle forum about how bad their service is,
the lady owner actually took part in one of those threads that I am aware of, and her view point is ludicrous ( we are the idiots, we did not take due diligence to verify we ordered the correct part. we broke it through miss-handling, all of her stuff is OEM quality " adnauseum.....

do not run, just escape with your wallet and go elsewhere.
