You should contact forum member Bluthunder. He is selling after market covers that can accommodate various gauges. A quality product for a fair price. Not sure if he has any left or not. They are called Unobtainium 3.0.

The official Honda name for the part is "Cover" (seriously) and the part number is 83160-MN5-000ZK

It does not include the key garnish, which is part 83161-MAM-A60ZE

The ones with the built-in fader like yours are much more rare.
