GL1500 accessory mounting

Post by purplemotoman »

I'm wondering where you 1500 owners are mounting accessories such as phone holders, USB plug ins, etc. On my old 1100 I mounted to the handlebars but the 1500 doesn't allow that.
Thanks

'02 GL1800 lives in Dawsonville, GA now.
My son is going to enjoy it for many years to come.

the two most popular options are to use RAM Mounts off of either hand grip.

or,

the Texelent bar which is too expensive for most of us.

apparently, those are now history unless you can find a used one?

Since Tom Finch passed away recently, not sure if his son is going to continue with these bars.

I use a RAM mount clutch reservoir mount for mine:
