Oil pressure gauge and water temp?

Post by No1uno »

I was looking at my binder (service Manual) and thought can I put in a Oil pressure gauge and a temp gauge on my Goldwing?
I see they both are only a single wire to each. Will this work? I would like to keep an eye on my oil pressure and water temp.

Has anyone done this already? Pics and story would be helpful...

Thank you in advance

Ya, mine only reads 8 PSI (within spec) at idle with warm engine.

Max-Tow digital/analog oil pressure gauge comes with its own sender unit, so I unscrewed the stock Honda sender, Got a TEE-block, screwed that into the engine where the stock oil sender goes, then threaded both the Max-Tow sender and the stock sender into the block. That way the OIL light still works, too. And I got a Max-Tow voltmeter, too.
