WINDSHIELD
My 1500 has a very long 85cm windshield and I'm short. I would like to change it or cut this one. I've seen the 1800's windshield measurements it's beautiful, has anyone ever installed on 1500's?

They are very different. The mounting system, curve and more are all different. They are not interchangeable.

Mine is very tall too, actually a hinderance to get on the bike. I may cut mine a bit and polish the edge back up.

Re: WINDSHIELD
I did just that with a windshield that I took off when I replaced it with a Slipstream that my wife bought me for Christmas. I cut 4” off the old one and use it during warm weather riding. The tall Slipstream is used during cold weather riding.
