Honda didn't make backrests, so you'll have to give us a little more information as to which backrest you have, made by which aftermarket supplier. They're all different.

That compression ring is available as a replacement part from Add-On Accessories (the manufacturer of the backrest), but I'm not able to find it in stock anywhere at the moment.

The Add On Accessories part number is: 45-1706R

https://addonaccessories.net/nylon-comp ... rests.html

https://www.motorcycleid.com/add-on-acc ... 1706r.html

If you can't find it from them, you might be able to find the same thing from a plumbing supplier.

Depends whether or not they are the same size. I suspect they might?

Markland industries also uses that system on their backrests and has a pouch as well.
Maybe give them a call.
