rear wheel rubber insert
I am still searching for the cause of my 98 doing the wobble at 70 mph and above. I plan to remove the rear wheel again to inspect everything as I have alread raised and checked the tracking of the tires and wheels and found no wobble in them while rotating. one thing I noticed when I had it off before the rubber insert the pins fit into felt pretty soft. I know it has the metal sleeves in the rubber and you are not supposed to lube the pins. anyway is the insert still available? I probably should get one before pullimng the wheel this time,

I think you are referring to the rubber dampers and they come as a set and are $42.86 on Partzilla. Item #1 in this fiche.

Check your rear shock mounts. They fail often. That was the cause of my weave/wobble above 70. The uppers were bad and the rubber parts are still available

Re: rear wheel rubber insert
OK again great info. I had to register to view that article on the shock bushings but definitely that could be my problem. though I am in the proccess of re-torqueing the head bearings.I will definitely pursue getting new bushings. I did replace the left shock and I had to pres the bushing out of my old shock and put it in the new used one and it certainly wasn't 100% but I did not think about it causing this problem. I will get them ordered. thanks again as well as for the link to the dampers
