Searched the two manuals I have and the GL1500 forum but couldn't find this info...
How much oil is required to bring oil level up to full, from the lower mark. That is, what quantity of oil is there between the lower and upper dipstick marks?

I don't know that it is documented anywhere, but in my experience it's around 3/4 quart or so.
