Rear Shocks

Post by eightball1013 »

I have read about options for gl1500. Seems like the only one available are from progressive suspension. 416's are no longer available, so 412's but I want to retain my air shock.
Has anyone installed just one of these 412's and kept factory air shock? Or are 412's not strong enough for one side? Or maybe there is a better option to retain and upgrade rear ride?

Someone mentioned that Hagon could build a replacement.

I have had Hagon build me custom shocks to spec (give them a dry weight, gross weight, max extended length) and they did an excellent job.
