Has anyone seen this video I've attached? What are the two tubes he plugged, and can this cause any mechanical damage to his wing?

It is a temporary fix when you have a small vacuum leak in some tubing.
I did it on mine, and worked for about a year, but the surging is back, so I need to pull the carbs and check all my tubing to fix it correctly.
It does not "hurt" anything, but as said, is a temporary fix for a bigger problem. How long it works will vary.
