1997 Gl1500 A. 87K miles.

Standard NGK or Iridium NGK??
Appreciate the shared experiences.

It runs perfectly on standard NGK. Others here have paid extra money for the Iridiums and it actually didn't run as well (poorer mileage). So don't waste the money, just get the base NGK's and it will run perfectly.

Yup, standard NGK are copper, and copper gives a "better" spark, just don't last as long as platinum and iridium.
