Rich when warm

I have a 1994 1500a. Starts great but once it gets warm it runs vary rich.
New plugs and coils checked all vacuum lines. Cleaned carburetors and synced.
Runs good over 1000rpm chokes out and dies below.
I don't know what to do. Have tried everything I can think of. Please help and thank you

Did you do an "idle drop" adjustment on the carbs?

Here's the factory service manual procedure for setting the idle mixture.....
If adjustments don't respond as suggested in this procedure there may be other things still wrong in the carbs after disassembly for cleaning....

Did you replace fuel pump? (pressure could be too high)
Aftermarket Needle valves/seats? (often don't seal well)
Aftermarket carb jets? (aftermarket jets often not same size as claimed)
Float levels not set correctly? (likely too high)
Missed cleaning a critical air or fuel passage in the carb while cleaning them? (an ultrasonic bath cleaner can help)
Maybe a leaky vacuum line somewhere? (usually will cause lean idle mix, and idle speed will "Hunt")
