Parts for GL1500 SE

Post by Cewonz »

I just at a local dealership to grab a oil filter at the parts dept. It was a nice well kept 98 GL1500 SE ( Like Mine ) in the showroom. Parts guys was like " Yeah you should buy it... ya gonna need the parts" I said to myself.. that bike is in great shape why part it out? Is that really bad to find parts for this bike? 🤔

He's pulling your leg.

No problems with general maintenance parts. 1500 engines (especially '97+ models) are pretty bullet-proof, engine rebuild parts are hard to find, but you should never need them.

Probably hardest to find are the tupperware pieces.
