Toggle switch button removal

Post by rdrod »

How do you remove the button heads of the switch arms? I've tried to compress it internally, externally, and pry it off but nothing I've attempted allows it to move off the end of the little black rod that goes to the block with the contacts and springs. Thanks, Rob

Welcome to the forum.

I'm not sure what you are asking. Maybe a picture would help. Or pull up one of the online .pdf files of the Honda isometric exploded parts diagrams and parts lists.

The glue used to hold the on isn't very strong. Warm it up with a hair dryer and just gently apply pressure.
