Relays for a 1989 1500 wing

Post by Trapper »

As I was looking at the latest news letter for Golswings (January) Thinking about getting enough Relays to replace all of mine. On a 1989 1500. I took the cover off the right side and don't see any. They may be on the left side? Does anyone know how many factory "relays" my wing has? I may as well buy enough to replace them all. Thanks. Trapper

Relay box is on the left side to the rear of the fuse box, kinda under the front edge of the left saddlebag. You may need to loosen the left saddlebag to access it.

The '90 - 2000 models have 7 of the relays sold on this site, not sure about the '89, they may have one or two more.

Thank you. I have not needed any relays yet! That being said, "Murphy's law" is alive and well in N.E. Ohio. I just ordered 4 of the relays. In hopes I will never need them. To "Administrator" is there more than 21 segments to your answering questions?
