upgrading speakers
what speakers are available for an upgrade from stock? I wanted to get Polk DB501 & DB401 but not sure about availability based on earlier comments in this forum.

Re: upgrading speakers on GL1500SE motorcycle
I want to upgrade the speakers on my Goldwing. Polk DB 501 speakers were recommended on several posts from 2017 that I saw but these don't seem to be available on Amazon. Does anyone have an alternative speaker that is actually an upgrade in performance from the stock speakers, not just a replacement like J&Ms

When posting a question please include what your bike is so there are not conflicting replies to your model and year. Too many changes of the systems over the years.
And yes, Polk has discontinued some speakers.

Re: upgrading speakers
Try Polk DB502 and DB402 for replacements.
You might consider doing some research before purchase on the physical size of the '01's and the '02's to be certain they would work.
