I've recently purchased a 1994 GL1500SE and one of the headlight lenses is cracked and has a small hole.
Is a used replacement unit the only option?

I am not aware of a repair solution that would not still show the crack, so aside from clear tape, and depending on how important the aesthetics are, ebay is likely your best option. It appears a brand new assembly is still available. Do a search for 33103-MN5-023. New is approx 4-5 X cost of a good used assembly.
