Excess fuel in right carb

Excess fuel in right carb
92’ GL1500SE with rebuilt carbs has excess fuel coming from above the carb slide. I don't know the exact terminology for all the parts of the carb. When I rebuilt the carbs I cleaned them in the ultrasonic cleaner and I did the pilot drop procedure but it still does the same thing as before. Wondering if the carbs are defective or if I missed something?
