Placement of RGB LED Bluetooth light strips
We are wanting to add some RGB LED Bluetooth Strip lights to our 1992 GL1500SE Trike. We are not sure where we need to place them for optimum glow. There are 4 short, 4 medium, and 4 long strips. Any information will be helpful. Thank each and every one of you for any information given.

Re: Placement of RGB LED Bluetooth light strips
Just mentioning, colors other than red, amber and white are illegal while in motion.
I've seen quite a few (usually hd's) with your wants. They'll place'm where there's the chrome makes it look like there's a double row.
I'm not a trike person, but Google Image search for your bike might help give you ideas.
One item I noticed is, nearly all accessory LEDS are placed below the horizontal line of someone sitting in a Cage. If they were higher they'd probably get lost from view in lights from buildings, traffic lights, etc..

Re: Placement of RGB LED Bluetooth light strips
Is that for every state or Mississippi? We wanted to put the
led strips on the bottom of our trike so we would be seen at night. So far, we have come very close to being run over by people not paying attention. Yesterday was very close. We were leaving a store and needed to get into a different lane when a white with no care in the world totally ignored the fact that I was trying to get their attention by turning around with my hand up asking them to stop. They came within inches of running over us. Finally, they realized that they were getting way too close and locked their brakes. So, what can we use to get people's attention? Where can we put them on our trailer that we carry with us to put our groceries in? We have already lost one trailer because an older man claimed that he could not see it. He was in a pickup truck and apparently was not paying attention. The plastic part was torn up, but the frame was usable. He apologized and told us that he could not see it. Any suggestions for being noticed legally?

Laws vary wildly from state to state. So, you need to check. One thing is that most of the laws are designed around standard light locations, so there are often no laws about putting lights in unusual locations. Then it's all about the police officer and the judge's discretion. I have built special lights for trucks that either go slow or are stopped along roadways. Steady lights often get ignored, no matter where you put them. So far, the best thing I have found is to have a changing pattern blinking. That way people don't get used to it and tune it out, or focus on it and run right into you.
Here is one example.

As to getting people's attention, nothing beats a train horn. It has saved me several times from being hit.
