Hello All,
I have a new to me '95 Aspencade which I believe is over 100k and have no history on it. I was wondering if when I replace the timing belts and the spark plugs are hard to remove, is there a was to help extract them by adding PB Buster or trying to wrench them out when the engine is at temp ?
any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Jeffrey268

Definitely some penetrating oil. If that still doesn't work, you can use thermal differences to help. Get the engine hot, then use some compressed air to cool the plugs: invert the can and spray the liquid onto the plugs (the ceramic on the plugs will likely crack when doing this) to shrink the plugs in the head.

Yes, it worked find. Thanks for the tip.
I am using your guide for timing belt replacement. I got this '95 to early b/c i really wanted a wing like yours, it is a fine bike worth more then 6k but in today's world the price is still a little low. I would have given more for your bike.
Thanks,
Jeffrey
