I have a 1989 and a 1999.
Are enough of the parts compatible between the two to make it worth keeping the early one as a hangar queen, or should I sell it?

Body plastic is same, engine block same, most of frame is same but final drive/rear wheel different, a lot of carburation and electrical different, I guess it depends on which parts you are looking to store.
