Intake manifold removal

Hi. I have to remove the Intake manifolds to fix some leaking from damage oring.
Is there any sequence to follow or video showing how to do it?
I have remove the carbs, but because of the frame, I can not take the manifold out from the top?
Any advice will be appreciated
