Blue 1999 GL 1500 SE anniversary edition

I am having a difficult time finding any information on a blue 2 tone 1999 GL1500 anniversary edition. Anybody know where you can find out information and how many of each color were produced?

My mistake, it is actually a 2000 25th Anniversary edition but i am still wondering if there is a way to find out how many were produced because it seems to be rare.

Honda never releases any information on sales numbers of number of units sold, let alone by color.

There is a guy who occasionally comes to bike night here with a dark blue 2000 1500. Only 16,000 miles on the thing!
I think that the only time he ever rides it is to bike night. In the last two years, I don't think it has accumulated another 500 miles. Strange.
