Slight Whining Noise?
When I'm riding... I hear a slight whining noise coming from the front wheel. When the bike is upright no noise only in the turns... both left & right turns. What could this be guys? Thanks!!!
Re: Slight Whining Noise?
Tire treads thumping on the road. (in the realm of knobby tire noise)
Can't do much about it, find a different tire design.
As you described, when you're in a turn you get that whining sound.
Slow speed is like a rumble, as speed increases it's a higher pitched whine.

When I do one thing, I'll side-step a little & learn few more things.

#1 cause is usually cupping of the tire.
