After removing rear wheel for tire replacement found this under bike.
. I think it goes inside the driven flange like this . Is this correct? Thank you in advance.- Riley1841

Found my answer just didn't read enough. The part is a thrust washer and belongs where I show it in 3rd picture. Once again thanks to all that post on here, there is more info then in the manuals that I couldn't find this part.

Put a little of the Moly Kote grease on it and then put it in position. It will stay put next time you take it apart.
