FYI - footpeg alternative

Post by GD2 »

Most Gold Wing parts on Ebay appear to be priced as though they actually contain some amount of gold. I saw some guy with a SINGLE used footpeg for sale for $84. Um.... no.

I noticed that they look a whole lot like PC800 (Pacific Coast) footpegs - like maybe exactly like them. I bought a set for $16 shipped. They fit perfectly.

Just an FYI in case you need some pegs.

Having torn apart and put back together a PC800, I can tell you that there are a LOT of parts in common between the PC800 and GL1500. Honda went to the "parts bin" often for these bikes.

Great find! Thank you.
