No power when I turn ignition key, nothing showin on dashboard . Is this a relay problem? Main fuse appears to be ok.

Did you check all the fuses? How about checking for power at the fusebox? Which main fuse are you talking about, the 30A one on start relay A, or the 55A dogbone? Honda calls them Main Fuse A and Main Fuse B.

Did you check for dead battery? Did you check the battery terminals for clean and tight? Do you have any other lights on the bike or all dark? If you have power and clean tight battery connections you should have something. All lights and instruments can't go out at the same time. Have you tried jumping it off? Just a thought.
