timing belt cover gaskets

Post by jtdgl1500 »

Can anyone tell me what part numbers are for the gaskets required to complete a timing belt replacement for a 95 GL1500 Aspencade? I've ordered 2 Gates belts, gasket 11514-MN5-000 (right cover) & 11524-MN5-000 (left cover). I'd like to have all the needed gaskets before starting the project. Is 11542-MN5-300 applicable? I ordered it but the seller cancelled the order, so I'd like to get a replacement ordered if applicable. I also couldn't find anything for a crank cover gasket, assuming it's a big o ring, but I couldnt find a source with a pic & part number. Thanks, in advance.

If you really want to replace these items, which is not necessary, here are the names and part number:
GASKET, R. FR. COVER - 11514-MN5-000
GASKET, L. FR. COVER - 11524-MN5-000
O-RING (82X3) - 91351-HC4-003

Thanks Mike B. I could never find a diagram on Partzilla that showed the view you provided. The Forum comes thru again. I learned while doing the oil pan gasket recently on my 81 CB900F to have the gaskets available while the lift is keeping the wife's car out of the garage :)
