Re: Air Horn?
These aren't air horns, but if you want to get someone's attention these are great. I've used them on at least 5 different bikes now. They will require a relay.
You can usually find a bargain on them on Amazon or Ebay.

That's not just a motorcycle. It's a Gold Wing.

Re: Air Horn?
Rivco is what I have as well. they are plenty loud.
The issue is not what you have but where do you mount them on a gold Wing.
There was a Rivco mount system for the Gold Wing. The air horns were attached to a 1/2 inch chrome bent and formed rod that had a two piece clamping collar welded to the end of it.
One end of the rode was bolted to the air horn assembly and the other end had the clamping collar that was attached to the engine guard.
The horns are relatively inexpensive but the whole set up took some engineering and manufacture so the price went into the hundreds.
Now that the GL1500 is no longer in production, Rivco does not make that set up anymore.
You would have to get creative to make your own like I did with the horn assembly fro my GL1800. Those horns were Wolo air horn I bought from an auto supply store and then fabricated my own mounting of stainless steel pretty much copying the Rivco design.
I had them mounted to a 2003 GL1800 that I sold. I have yet to install them on my 2017 GL1800.
Any air horns you decide on will tax your engineering and mounting skills since the GL1500 accessory market has been dead for many years.

Re: Air Horn?
Under GL1500 Information & Questions
Is 91 matches for Air Horns
Maybe one of those posts could help you out.??
I have a set of Wolo chrome trumpet horns under left saddle bag with air compressor in Saddlebag
I say they are NOT loud enough, the Mrs has other ideas
Yes I am looking for a louder set..
But not train Horns as I would get into trouble.
Have fun

Re: Air Horn?
On the GL1500, I had the basic WOLO kit with the trumpets under and compressor inside the right pannier. The trumpets would die after a year or so being down low in the dirt and the wet. Good news is they are cheap. Eventually, I changed out to an emergency vehicle electric air horn. I had similar setup with the speaker under the pannier and the control box inside.
Even though it came with a great OEM setup, I pulled the ambulance horn when I bought the GL1800. Couldn't really find a place to mount the speaker (very heavy) so I went with RIVCO. I didn't like the aesthetics from the pix but once installed, I kinda took a liking to it. Then, I was under the bike and realized that the trailer hitch provided a very solid and out of the way mount for the speaker. So I added the ambulance setup to the GL1800 as well. Pretty well covered now!
On my Valkyrie standard, I used the WOLO self contained BIG BOY horn mounted on right side crash bar. When I bought the Valkyrie Interstate, I looked at WOLO and they had a new BAD MAX. Had to try it and ended up with it on one side and the BIG BOY on the other side, both amidship.

Re: Air Horn?
I am very happy with my stebel its the 3rd one over the years on different bikes. Small enough so its easy to mount is the big plus for me and its VERY Loud. On my GL1500 I also still have the stock horns too so it more than enough.

If you have a trailer hitch you could tow a ships horn.

They are LOUD alright, but I wouldn't buy from those guys.
I bought mine here on Amazon:
https://www.amazon.com/CARMOCAR-Univers ... B0814CG7Y7
Same horn, MUCH lower price!!
Those same horns are sold by many different people at prices ranging from $16 to $70.
Those Motohorn people are just rebranding them and making a $bundle$ on them.
I've had one on my Wing for about 7 years now.
I'm VERY happy with it.
I mounted the compressor on the frame down tube behind the fairing.
The air hose comes out through the louvers.
I made the mounting bracket for the horn out of some basic aluminum that I got from Home Depot.
Be sure to use the relay to run the compressor direct from the battery since the compressor drains a lot of current when you hit the horn button.
