OD light
(93 GL 1500) my light quit working then started to work then now it doesn't at all. is it the light or is it something else. everything else works as it suppose to.is there away to check ? i don't want to take the dash apart if don't need to
Re: OD light
If you remove the two panels next to the steering stem, it should give you just enough room to jam your hand underneath and remove the bulb(s) to check it. They just pull out and press in.
That's not just a motorcycle. It's a Gold Wing.

Re: OD light
thanks i will give it a try. but big hands might not work. lol
Re: OD light
Considering what you would have to do to get to them otherwise, I'd just grease up your mitts and force them in there.

Re: OD light
I'd bet on the bulb. The bike is 31 years old. That is along time for a bulb to last.
