2000 gl1500 SE electrical issue
My wing is having trouble holding battery charge when ignition is in on position. Battery reads about 12.8-12.9 when fully charged but quickly draws down to 11 and lower with key in on. Pulled fuses and relays narrowed down to relay 3-6-8 and the 5 amp head fuse. But also the 8 and 2 fuses pulled together and relay 3 eliminate the draw. I’m not putting the pieces together well for some reason I can’t find the correlation. But when the headlights and instrument panel lights aren’t on I don’t have the massive draw. I will look into headlight circuits and clusters tomorrow if the rain isn’t bad. I have a crappy super start agm battery from AutoZone the weird thing is the bike has worked fine with this battery until now.

Batteries work fine, until they don't. Sounds like yours is going bad.
What is the current draw with the key on?
