Looking for the 09-10 Nav update file.

I have searched the forums and reached out to some but have had no luck. I am looking for the latest Navigation system update for the 2009-2010 bikes. As far as I can tell it should be version 2.9 I have 2.7 already and am happy to share that with anyone who would like it but I have yet to find the 2.9 version. If this is not the latest version let me know.

If you have a 09 or 10 that has this version I can walk you though copying it off the card to email me. It is as simple as copying a file from one folder to another.

Thanks in advance.

I don't know if there are dissparaties in the numbering system for the Garmin firmware for these bikes. My latest version is 4.9 and my bike is a 2009, however, it is a Canadian version 2009 with still having the CF card. When they made the US version bikes (2009 and 2010) that took an SD card, did they change the numbering of the firmware back to 2.x? If so, I am afraid that I cannot help, but if you actually need a 4.9, then I can send you one.
It ain't about the destination - it's all about the journey

US, Canadian and European bikes all have different GPS hardware and the firmware does not interchange.
