Was hoping to find a company, other than mother Honda, that sells saddlebag liners/luggage for the 2012 bags?

The less pricey ones for 2010 back are made by Hopnel. You might try an occasional Google search for some to fit the 2012, but none seem available as of yet. With two years of the new cosmetic lines, it shouldn't be long.
