Hi guys, question from down under. Are LED globes available for 1800 headlights?
I need to replace a globe and thought I would try LED's if available.

Yes, Wingstuff has LED replacement headlight bulbs available. Item BPHGWLGTH7L. $79.99 US. There's only one review and it wasn't too positive. I thought about them for myself but I'll wait until more folks try them out.

From what I've read, the LED headlights are just barely as bright as the original halogen lights. So not really an advantage except they don't burn out as much.

Re: LED Bulbs - Headlights
Thanks for the replies,
I am considering them for their life span rather than brightness. I rarely ride after dark, unless coming home later than planned, so the "no brighter" aspect is not a real issue.
It's a beautiful day here in Sale, Victoria today. I rode the bike in to work (70km's) at 6.30am and it was very pleasant. Keep sale!

Hey Mate,
I like the front end trike conversion. First time viewing for me.
I have ordered a couple of globes LED to see how they perform.
Keep safe!

I bought electrical connections led headlights, and while they were extremely bright, they had no focus on the road and I couldn't see where I was going. led can be very bright, but unless the reflector is designed for them there is just light everywhere.
