Connectors for the wiring harness
Does anyone know where I could find buy a replacement connector for the Heater Control Module in a 2009 GL 1800?

Dealership for sure. Other than that, maybe CycleMax or WingStuff.

Re: Connectors for the wiring harness
Hello all,
I have found the 100 % proper factory replacement connector for the Heater Control Unit (and all other connectors on the bike for that matter.) I'll attach the link to the page below. If you scan to the bottom of the link, there will be a crimping tool which you will need to do the job properly.
The connector for the Heater Control Unit is an 18 pin connector:

These folks were easy to order from and the parts arrived within a week.
