As you lose fork oil, you will gradually lose damping on that one fork, which can affect how your front wheel remains planted on the ground over bumps. But the real danger is the fork oil dripping down and getting onto your brakes. Fork oil on a brake rotor will render that brake pretty much ineffective, and will also ruin the brake pads.

No the engine will not hit the ground.
But if you have little or no oil left when you do hit a bump you could bottom out the front suspension, resulting in a loud bang, and possible damage to the front end.
If you have air valves at the top of the forks, you could quite easily drain out the oil from the forks, replace the drain bolts, then refill with a syringe into each fork leg via the air valve access into each fork leg. You would need to remove the air hose to access BOTH forks, and then fill then re-attach the air hose.
do you have any pictures of the leaky fork seal?

No , At the time I don't . I would have to remove caliper / rotor cover . But there is obvious leakage at top wiper seal too .

Re: front fork seal leaking.can i still drive?
Do you just have an oily film above the seals, or do you actually have liquid dripping or running down the fork? If just an oily film, then you are still safe to ride some, but if you have liquid dripping or running down the fork, you need to get those seals done ASAP without riding anymore. Either way, if a shop is going to do the seals, then you could ride to the shop with care. If you are doing the seals yourself, then you need to get on it to avoid what WindAdmin mentioned above.
