I hope someone here can answer my question about my 2013 F6B, should be the same in any 2013 Wing.
I cannot find the info in my service manual nor owners manual. I am trying to find out what type and size of LED lamps are in the dashboard display (tach/speedo). I want to change the color and before I tear it all apart I would like to know which LED style I need.
Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.

Well no one got back to me, so no one obviously knew about as much as I did. Soooooo, I decided I would just take it all apart and put in the colored LEDs. After removing the windshield, speedo case, and misc. items I found out there is no way without working at board level that the color was going to change. They are small micro LEDs and are soldered to the board. Not for me at this time, so everything got put back together. 4 hours wasted, but not really, I got to learn more about my Wing!
So if you are thinking about doing this, DON"T!

Now you know why you got less than a bunch of answers No one has attempted it before, because no one has had a LED blow on their 1800, yet. Of course they may blow if abused with a high voltage spike, or a day of extreme temperatures, either Celsius or Fahrenheit.

Ah, I could have answered this for you had I seen it in time! Yes, they are surface-mounted LEDs, mounted directly to the PC board. They can be replaced if you have extremely fine soldering equipment and soldering skill, along with magnification equipment. I have done this, under a stereo microscope, to repair things, but it's not something I enjoy.
