Turn Signal Lights

Has anybody had this problem and what was the solution? Please help
Rear and trunk running lights and break lights work and with Hyper-Lites hooked up.
Rear and trunk break lights work and flash momentarily as they are supposed to, using Kuryakyn Pulsating Controler.
Turn signal lights do not work at all on either the rear lights or the Hyper-Lites.
Front running lights (mirror) work when the ignition lights are turned on.
If you turn the right turn signal light on the right light goes out completely and the left running light remains on.
If you turn the left turn signal on the left light goes out completely and the right running light remains on.
Hazzard lights do not work.

Assume you fixed this, what was the fault, if not
Does your horn work, if not check fuse 27, should be 15A.
Check relay 8 under seat
Check combination meter relay under front fairing panel
