Hey All,
I'm handy but I'm not a mechanic. How easy is it to get to and replace the air filter. If you know of a good video or step by step explanation, could you send me the link?
Thanks, in advance,
John

Here are a group of photos for a step-by-step by a very respected Goldwing mechanic. He also produces a set of DVD's to fix anything on a Goldwing:

You can use the screens from you old filter and form a mouse barrier on the intakes with a couple long zip ties, mighty mouse can just stay out after that! While you're under the shelter you may want adjust the Cruise Control cable length left and aft of the ignition switch and perhaps shield the cruise control box to help silence its electrical noise being leaked into the radio. Certainly test the radio and things before you put all the screws back in, inevitably most of us have missed putting the antenna wire back in snugly or only have fully seated 1 of the 2 big radio connections.

The big diffeerence on an 06 bike versus the video is on an 07 and later the whole dash comes off and you dont pull the speaker grill off to get into the dash.
