Bike Won't Start -
Help!!! My GL1800 2010 will not start. Just about to leave the house and all of a sudden bike won't start. The lights come on, not the headlights, but blinkers, rear lights and accessory lights come on. The display comes on but only shows the clock, mileage and trip log from last trip. Bike engine won't even turn over at all. I am not a tekkie and have no idea what to do? Anyone have any ideas???

Always good to find your own problem and fix it. A 2010 should not have needed a battery unless it has not been kept charged. My 2009 is still going on it's original. Congrats on finding the problem - you can now consider yourself at least a budding techy.

From what I understand, on a wing, the bike will not even try to start unless the battery has a certain level of charge. Other stuff will work but the bike won't attempt to start. Other than that check battery cables, grounds, or could be a relay.
