Re: Static in my intercom
how long have you had your bike? did it just start? have you done any mods to it? I have a 2001 gw also and had some problems with wind noise. what is the intercom volume set at? the radio/xm or mp3 audio set at? did the PO replace the plugs and not use oem resistor plugs? could be a ground. could be a simple fix and hopefully not a difficult one. it could be any one of the suggestions. start simple and easy then work towards more difficult. somebody with more experience than me will be along to help. BTW, nice bike mine is red also, fastest color

Re: Static in my intercom
Is it static, or is it a whine that changes pitch with the engine RPM?
