Re: throttle lock
First, welcome to the forum.
My Interstate doesn't have a cruise control on it either, but I have a Vista Cruise throttle lock.
Mine is the "universal" that fits 7/8" diameter bars, which I think yours is as well.

Thanks NVSB4,
The 2014 F6B GoldWings have different style Square handlebars, before the brake reservoir.

The throttle lock is installed just to the right of the reservoir and before the grip on the throttle bar.
When you push the lock down, it squeezes the throttle, locking it in place.

Re: throttle lock
I recommend the BrakeAway throttle lock for the F6B and other Goldwings.
I have one on my 2003 GL1800 and the same model on my 1998 GL1500. I used model #6BC03-06.
Yes, they are pricey but they work unlike some others that I have tried.
Google the BrakeAway Motorcycle Cruise Control Throttle Lock for Honda F6B. They are on Amazon as well.
