attaching tire monitor
Merry Christmas to all ,question , santa brought a tire pressure monitor ,can someone tell me if there is clearance to place two small sheet metal screws just above the radio where the gold wing emblem is located to attach holder without hitting anything and blowing something expensive up ,thanks in advance . Re: attaching tire monitor
I believe there is room beneath the shelter top for some short, 1/8" to 3/16" screws but why use them? Try some self adhesive Velcro. I attached my tire pressure monitor on the Goldwing emblem on the shelter using the self adhesive Velcro. It's been there for several thousand miles. Anytime you put holes in plastic you run the risk of cracks developing. That shelter is pretty expensive.
