This will be a multi part answer. Yes if you have enough money you can do just about anything and someone can build what you want.

But here in the real world we usually have to find more realistic fixes. As I recall Honda provided a CD player that was a direct plug and play operation. The player went in one of the saddlebags and utilized a lot of space and if the road was uneven, the cd might bounce. Most folks gave up on that an connected some form of MP3 player. Most just plugged into the aux port in the front left pocket. However J&M and BikeMP3 both came out with a MP3 unit that connected into the system and could be controlled with they Honda buttons. Again these were simple plug and play hookups.

Although the AM/FM, weather radio that came in the GL1800 is a good unit, Larry at wing connect ( can help you with radio problems and limitations. Use the website to contact him. He knows the 2004 radio quite well. And its limitations.

Bluetooth is not a connection system that came with the 2004 nor any GL1800 yet. However J&M, Edsets, and other suppliers have developed equipment to integrate Bluetooth for the Wing. However many owners have gone with other systems such as the Sena. I suggest you contact Sierra Electronics for guidance and the necessary products. Just beware that some products are battery powered and are thus limited in how long they last in a day.

But the simple answer is there is no single product you can buy and install that will allow you to do it all. As far as cost to put together a system that will work, Sierra Electronics would be a better source for pricing.
