On my 2004 GL1800 the Throttle is slow to return.....It will close on it own but not snap back...(takes about 2 seconds) I open Up the cluster and the inside is pretty gummed up from something being sprayed inside it...(I am guessing lube) I am trying to the cables off the throttle tube but the pull cable seem to screw in the top of the cluster and I can't figure out to get the cluster off....I would like to lube the cables and clean up the throttle sleeve....What am I missing.....
thanks

Right hand cluster/throttle tube removal
Re: Right hand cluster/throttle tube removal
seem some also has greased between the bar and the tube and a bunch of gunk is in there to...How do you get the cables off the throttle tube to remove it....No matter what I try can't get enough slack....
