USB Music

Post by I_have_one_question »

Hello Bikers!

I have been downloading music to an USB Stick lately, but my Honda Goldwing GL1800 cant play all the tracks  . The USB Stick contains 432 Tracks now, and there is still more space, but my Bike cant play more then 255 of the tracks. Can't the bike play more then 255 of the tracks, is there some kind of limit :?: ? Thanks for answears

I also wonder if there is some way i can play music trough a AUX cable :D

I think there is a limit to the number it can play in a single folder. Not sure. Try making more than one folder and splitting the number of music files in each folder.
Another thing is make sure all the files are MP3's.
Keep the bitrate at 128KBS, anything higher may cause skipping. 128 is near CD quality.

That's pretty normal - keep it to 255 tracks maximum per folder, and you'll find it solves your problem.
