Hearing a funny noise
I just started riding my Goldwing roadsmith 1800 in February when I bought it, it had 19,000 miles on it now I have put about 2,000 miles on it I was wondering is it time for a tuneup, and oil change ? because after I came back from a road trip this weekend I started to her a funny noise like the motor was idoling up and down like it needs a tune up or is it to soon considering that it only has 21,000. miles total. I'm just learning how to ride a motorcycle so I hope I didn't mess up the clutch bc it sound like it could be making a raddling sound I'm not sure what it shoulds like

The idle surge is not uncommon. One thing you can try is resetting the ECM. Start the bike cold and let it idle (don't touch anything) until the fans kick on and off. May take 15 minutes depending on the ambient temperature.
The rattle of the clutch is normal.
