CB will not change channels

Post by markfeather »

I have a 2007 Wing and bought a factory CB and then had it installed and after about 2 days it will not change channels. It is Stuck on Channel 0. I checked the unit and the wires look good and connections are OK.

Any ideas>

Thanks

Mark

I would take it back to the person that installed it for you and have them check it out.

But first, remove the negative battery terminal, wait a couple minutes = maybe five. Reattach negative battery terminal and see what you got. If it is still the same, then you may have a faulty CB unit.

If Mainviking's suggestion does not work and the installer cannot get if going. you might want to contact Larry at wingconnect.com and see if he can fix or suggest repair.
